Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Medium Grind Black Pepper
- 6 slices (3/4 oz each) American Cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) diced ham
- 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® No Knead Bread Mix, any flavor
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in diced ham; pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with cheese slices.
Prepare bread mix as directed on package, but do not let rise. Flour hands, stretch and distribute pieces of dough over egg mixture. Place in COLD oven; set temperature to 350°F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until egg is set. Top with shredded cheese after 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
