  • 4 lbs. pork baby back ribs cut into serving pieces
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 dry sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place ribs in shallow, foil lined baking pan, meaty side down. Combine remaining ingredients, brush ribs thoroughly with sauce. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Turn ribs over, brush with remaining sauce. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes more, brushing occasionally with sauce in pan.
