French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1.5 loaves of cinnamon bread, cut into 1" cubes
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Night before:
Spray 13 x 9 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk: egss, milk, syrup and vanilla.
Put half of the cubed bread into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Cover with cream cheese
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp sugar over the cream cheese
Cover with remaining bread
Pour liquid mixture over the bread
sprinkle 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp sugar on top
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Morning of:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
cook covered for 40 - 45 minutes
if you shake and it jiggles, bake a little longer.
Serve hot with syrup
