Ingredients

  • DARK PART:
  • 1 c. or 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. vanilla sugar (German)
  • 1 pkg. baking powder (German)
  • 3 1/2 c. four
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 heaping tbsp. cocoa

Step 1

Mix 1st seven ingredients together then take out about 1/3 for the chocolate part. Then, add the 1/4c. sugar, 3 tbsp. of milk, and the cocoa. Mix well. Put half of the yellow ingredients into a well greased and floured bundt pan, then add the chocolate mix and then the rest of the yellow mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 mins.
