  • 1/2 c warm water
  • 1 pkg yeast or 1 T
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 1/4 c flour

Step 1

DAY 1
1-Combine the warm water and yeast in lg bowl. Let mix stand til the yeast is foamy, about 5 min

2-Stir in butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Beat in flour, 1 cup at a time, til the dough is too stiff to mix (may need to add more flour). Mix well and knead 8-15 min. Grease dough and place in a one gal ziploc bag and rise overnight

DAY 2
3-Preheat oven 350

4-Take the dough out of the refridgerator and shape into rolls by cutting in 12 equal pieces, roll each piece into a smooth round ball, place balls in even rows in the prepared pan, Cover and let dough balls rise til doubled in volume about 1 hr.

5-Bake until rolls are golden 15-20 min. brush warm rolls with melted butter
