Lime-Thyme Grilled Chicken (Joe Verna)
In a bowl combine the following:
Juice of one lime (you may also use concentrate lime or lemon juice. Lime juice works best)

- 2 T. Olive oil
- 1 t. Dried thyme
- 1 minced shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Several dashes of hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Fillet two large boneless skinless chicken breasts and place them in a zip lock bag. You should have four large thin flat chicken breasts. Add marinade and make sure the marinade comes in contact with all sides of the sliced chicken breasts. Place in refrigerator for one to two hours. Remove and broil or grill at 400 degrees.
