Ingredients
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3/4 pound flank steak
- Spring mix salad
- 1 plum tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup radishes
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 green onions, cut into 1 inch strips

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl, whisk the first six ingredients (oil, vinegar,sugar,mustard, garlic and pepper).
2. Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into a plastic freezer bag and add the steak - marinate in frig for 3 hours. Cover remaining dressing and refrigerate.
3. After marinating, drain marinade and discard. Grill steak to doneness (med rare is about 145, rare about 130)
4. Cut across grain and angle into thin slices.
5. In a large bowl, combine salad, tomato, radish, celery and onion and the meat.
6. Drizzle with reserved marinade and toss to coat.
