Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups whipped sweet potatoes
• 1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. maple flavouring
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 7 ingredients and pour into 9"x13" baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake 30 minutes.
