Ingredients
- 1 pound Spaghetti Cooked & drained
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 8 Slices Bacon crumbled into large pieces
- 1/3 cup Dry white wine (Chablis)
- 4 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Fry/cook bacon until almost crisp but not dark. Reserve bacon grease. Remove bacon, clean pan, return bacon to pan.
Add white wine and heat, stirring until wine is used up.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and mix in Parmesan cheese.
Cook spaghetti, drain and add to hot bacon pan. Mix, then add the cheese and egg mixture. Add some bacon fat, stirring it in quickly. The heat of the spaghetti will cook the mixture. Serve immediately.
