Ingredients

Fresh grapefruit wedges
Orange wedges
Lemon wedges
2 tbsp sugar
3 oz vodka
1 oz campari

Step 1

1. In a cocktail shaker, add 4 wedges each of grapefruit, lemon and orange. Add 2 tbsp sugar and muddle all the ingredients together. Add the vodka and Campari. Fill the shaker with ice, cover with the top and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glasses.
