Ingredients
- 2 4-oz. logs goat cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 3 tsp. aged sweet sherry
- 1 tsp. each salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 4 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tsp. finely chopped fresh dill

Step 1
Stir goat cheese, cream cheese, sherry, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Wrap cheese mixture in plastic wrap and roll to shape into a log. Chill in freezer until slightly firm, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile mix paprika and cumin together in small dish. Mix parsley and dill together in a separate small dish.
Remove log from freezer, unwrap and slice in half. Spread paprika mixture on parchment paper, and dill mixture on another piece of paper. Roll one log in each mixture.
Serve with toasted pita or crostini.
