Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (15-ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 (15-ounce) can great northern beans, undrained
- 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (10-ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed. Set aside. Coat a deep soup pot with cooking spray and sauté beef and garlic. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, including pasta. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
NOTE: If using frozen cooked beef, thaw and warm. Add garlic and rest of ingredients, including pasta. Simmer for at least 30 minutes. Servings: 4 to 6.
