Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 tbs milk
• 1 tbs vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with the forks. Bake on 375° for 7-8 minutes.
