Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 small package baby carrots
- 4-5 red potatoes, partially peeled
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1-1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 large chicken bouillon cubes
- seasoned salt to taste (Tastefully Simple brand works best)

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 1" water in large pot to a boil. Place 1 bouillon cube, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms in the pot. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. Place chicken in the pot (they should not be covered with water). Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, covered.
Pour broth from the pot into a bowl. Add flour a little at a time and mix until desired thickness for gravy. Add the second bouillon cube: stir to dissolve. Serve with the chicken thighs.
