Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• 1-1 lb Mueller's Spaghitti
• 2 onions,chopped
• 1 clove garlic,chopped
• 2 tbsps,olive oil
• 1 No 2 can tomato juice (2 1/4 cups)
• 1 can tomato paste (2/3 cups)
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• dash pepper
• few grains cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onios and garlic in olive oil until light brown.Add remainung ingredients and simmer for 1 hour,uncover,stirring occasionally.Serve over cooked spaghetti with grated cheese.
