Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccini
- 16 ounces chicken breast
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Mrs. Dash original or Garlic & Herb
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup shredded provolone/mozzarella cheese blend

Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat 2 1/2 tablespoons oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cut up chicken breast, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash and brown. Remove chicken.
Add other 2 1/2 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash. Sautee vegetables until tender, approximately 8 minutes. Add chicken, hot pasta and lemon juice. Mix in cheese and serve.
