  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup peanuts
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Step 1

Heat peanut oil in a skillet over medium. Add honey, peanuts, scallions and red pepper. Cook, stirring, until glazed, 10 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar, cook 1 more minute. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet, season with salt and let cool.
