Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup defrosted orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced lemon grass
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 lb centre-cut salmon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine green onions, soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, ginger, lemon grass and maple syrup in a resealable freezer bag. Add salmon to marinade and shake to coat.
2. TO FREEZE Press out air and seal completely. Prior to cooking, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
3. TO COOK Preheat oven to 400˚F. Place fish in greased baking dish and brush with extra marinade. Bake for 12 minutes or until firm to the touch and fish flakes with a fork.
