Ingredients
- TARRAGON BUTTER
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon (or 2 tea. dried)
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tea. minced chives
- 21 garlic clove, minced
- dash pepper
- GARLIC BASIL BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 tea. minced fresh basil
- 1 1/2 tea. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tea. garlic powder
- fresh sage and thyme
- HERB BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tea. dried thyme
- 1 / 4tea. salt
- dash garlic powder
- dash cayenne
- hot cooked corn on the cob

Step 1
TARRAGON BUTTER: in a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
GARLIC BASIL BUTTER: In a small bowl, combine the butter, basil, parsley and garlic powder. Beat on medium low speed until mixture is bomdingh3d. Garnish with sage and thyme.
HERB BUTTER FOR CORN ON THE COB
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with corn. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
