Sliced ham or crumbled bacon

sdalt anbd pepoper

thaw mini phyllo pastry cups.

Add a little shredded cheese and sliced ham/bacon to each cup. Fill with beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 degrees until the egg is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
