Ingredients
- 1/3 c. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- 3 Tbs orange juice
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 vegetable oil
- 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 c. snow peas, thinly sliced
- 2 Fresno chiles, thinly sliced
- 2 c. toasted, crumbled ramen noodles
- Sriracha

Step 1
Whisk first 7 ingredients together. Combine vegetables & noodles in bowl, pour dressing over & mix. Sriracha to taste.
