  • 1/3 c. rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs orange juice
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 vegetable oil
  • 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 c. snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 2 Fresno chiles, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. toasted, crumbled ramen noodles
  • Sriracha

Step 1

Whisk first 7 ingredients together. Combine vegetables & noodles in bowl, pour dressing over & mix. Sriracha to taste.
