Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lg red onion, thickly sliced
- 1 lg red pepper cut into wide strips
- 1 med zucchini thickly sliced
- 2 cup lg mushrooms

Step 1
Stir broth, thyme, and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush onto the vegetables.
Lightly oil the grill rack, and heat to medium. Grill for 10 minutes or until they're tender crisp, turning over once during cooking and brush frequently with broth mixture.
