Ingredients
- 4 c rhubarb
- 2 c strawberries (sliced)
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
- 6 Tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees
•Place rhubarb and sliced strawberries in greased 9 x 12 pan
•Combine sugar, eggs and 2 tablespoons of flour with whisk: pour over rhubarb and strawberries.
•Cut remaining ingredients into a crumble topping and scatter over the fruit.
•Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
