Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small carton whipping cream
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Combine water and butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1 cup flour. Stir fast until mixture leaves pan clean. About 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat 1 egg at a time, until smooth. Drop by spoonful onto an ungreased pan. Bake at 400° for 45-50 minutes and then decrease oven temperature to 350° for 10 minutes.

For Filling:
Prepare the pudding according to the box. Add cream a little at a time until you get the desired consistency.
