Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 2 (8 oz pkgs)
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (12 oz pkg) chocolate chips
- Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt together. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add warm, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat together well.
Fill mini muffin cups 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixtures. Sprinkle with ground nuts (optional).
Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes.
