Ingredients

• Base:
• 1 Box yellow cakes mix (without pudding in the mix)
• legg
• 1 stick butter (softened)
• Topping:
• 1 Box powdered sugar (save 2tbsp for the top)
• 2 eggs
• 18 oz bar cream cheese (softened)

Preparation

Step 1

Base:

Combine with your hands in a large bowl. Press into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan. (Mixture should be like play dough)

Topping:
Combine in a large bowl and mix with hand mixer. Pour over cake mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 325 for 30minutes. Sprinkle 2 tbsp powdered sugar overtop. Let cool completely before cutting.
