Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 tsp. bak. powder
- 2 tbsp. vanilla or anise

Step 1
Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually. Beat till smooth. Add cooled, melted butter and either vanilla or anise. Sift flour and bak. powder together and add to mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon. Serve plain or dusted w/ powdered sugar. While hot, shape into cone or roll in cylinder to be used for ice cream. Store in airtight container.
