Ingredients
- 1/4 POUND BACON
- 5 POUND CHUCK ROAST
- 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 2 LARGE RED ONIONS DICED
- 1 POUND BABY CARROTS
- 6 MED RED POTATOES PEALED AND CUBED
- 2 CUPS BEEF BROTH
- 4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 4 TABLESPOONS FLOUR

Preparation
Step 1
1) PLACE BACON ON BOTTOM OF SLOW COOKER, ADD CELERY, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
2) PLACE ROAST ON TOP OF BACON AND CELERY
3) ADD IN ONIONS, CARROTS, POTATOES AND BROTH COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS
4) MELT BUTTER AND MIX WITH FLOUR AND 1/2 CUP BROTH AS A GRAVY
