Ingredients

  • 1 can Clover Leaf salmon, drained and flaked (120 grams)
  • 1 can (19 oz.) drained and rinsed canned cannellini beans
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup minced fennel
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh dill
  • grated rind of one lemon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1

Toss salmon, beans, celery, fennel green onions with lemon juice and olive oil. Stir in fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste.
