Ingredients

  • From the Apex, NC Fire Department
  • 15 graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate

Step 1


1. Separate each sheet into 4 crackers. Place in a lightly greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle chopped pecans over crackers.

2. Bring brown sugar and better to a boil over medium high heat. Boil 2 minutes. Pour brown sugar mixture evenly over crackers in pan.

3. Bake 350F for 10 mins. Quickly remove graham crackers to waxed paper, using a spatula and let cool completely. Microwave chocolate chips on high for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave 30 more seconds. Drizzle over cooled crackers and repeat with white chocolate.
