Ingredients
- 1 ) 1 cup spicy Bloody Mary mix
- 2 ) 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 ) 1 cup Michelob AmberBock Beer
- 4 ) 1 cup Guiness stout
- 5 ) 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 6 ) 1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 7 ) 20 Italian-seasoned meatballs, about 1 oz. each

Preparation
Step 1
In a large, heavy saucepan, combine Blood Mary mix, tomato sauce, beer, stout, sugar and canned tomatoes. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil; add meatballs. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour. Serve over bed of mashed potatoes and top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
