Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 cup spicy Bloody Mary mix
  • 2 ) 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 ) 1 cup Michelob AmberBock Beer
  • 4 ) 1 cup Guiness stout
  • 5 ) 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 6 ) 1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 7 ) 20 Italian-seasoned meatballs, about 1 oz. each

Step 1

In a large, heavy saucepan, combine Blood Mary mix, tomato sauce, beer, stout, sugar and canned tomatoes. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil; add meatballs. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour. Serve over bed of mashed potatoes and top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
