  • 4-6 raw chicken breasts
  • New potatoes in chunks or slices, not peeled
  • 3 cans green beans, drained or veggie of choice
  • Packet of Italian dressing mix
  • 1 stick of butter, melted

Step 1

Layer chicken, potatoes, and green beans in a 9 X 13 dish. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix. Top with melted stick of butter. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Take foil off. Bake 10 more minutes.

This does not get done in this amount of time, especially the potatoes. Try cutting the potatoes into small pieces, bake at a higher temperature, be prepared to cook longer. Be prepared for 1 1/2 hours. If using large chicken breasts they are not done during this time either.

Can use pork chops in place of chicken.
