Ingredients
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons celery salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 2 1/2 pounds St. Louis cut pork spare ribs

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and next 9 ingredients. Rub spare ribs with seasonings until well coated.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. F.
Wrap ribs in 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake 2 hours. Remove from oven and unwrap. Grill, over medium high heat, 30 minutes, or until desired degree of tenderness.
