Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 te. chili powder
- 1 tea. Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. cumin
- 1/2 tea. ground coriander
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raw spanish peanuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, chili powder, oregano, salt, cumin and coriander. Add peanuts and pumpkin seeds to coat.
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes until toasted and golden, stirring once half way through baking.
Season with salt to taste while still warm.
Cool completely before serving.
