- 1 cup canola oil
- (Bulk) 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- (Bulk) 3/4 cup tapioca flour
- (Bulk) 1/2 cup corn starch
- (Bulk) 1/2 coco powder
- (Bulk) 1 tsp xanthan gum
- (Bulk) 1/2 tsp salt
- (Bulk) 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- (Bulk) 2 cup sugar
- 4 lg eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Recipe Instructions:
Set oven to 350°
Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes on high. Grease two 9″ pans and dived batter between them. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes. When cakes are cool frost them with your favorite chocolate frosting and serve.
