- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup margarine, cold
- 2 egg
- 1 12 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 12 oz pkg pkg Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
- Drizzle
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Crisco shortening

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add eggs, mix well. Spread in greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 8 mins. Remove from oven and top evenly with chips and then Eagle Brand and coconut. Return to oven and bake 20 mins or until lightly brown. Cool. Garnish with drizzle. cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
