  • 2 lbs of ground beef
  • 2 large cans of V8 Vegetable Juice
  • 1 bag of frozen vegetables
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 bay leaf

Step 1

Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic powder until completely cooked. Drain excess fat. In a large crock pot, add all ingredients. Cook on low for 4 - 6 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
