CREAMY CHICKEN MUSHROOM AND PASTA BAKE 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 pkg fresh mushrooms 227 gr
  • 3/4 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tub herb and garlic cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup Italiano shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package.

Heat fry pan and cook chicken and mushrooms for 5 minutes till no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes and basil. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cooking cream. Drain pasta and add to mixture. Pour into a 2 litre casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Add shredded cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
