Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 pkg fresh mushrooms 227 gr
- 3/4 cup pasta sauce
- 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tub herb and garlic cooking cream
- 1/2 cup Italiano shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package.
Heat fry pan and cook chicken and mushrooms for 5 minutes till no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes and basil. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cooking cream. Drain pasta and add to mixture. Pour into a 2 litre casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Add shredded cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
