- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaes
- 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly groun black pepper
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar

Step 1
On a serrving plate, alternate tomato slices, fresh basil, and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizlze olive oil and balsamic vinegar over tomatoes just prior to serving.
