Ingredients
- 18 Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Yellow Tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped fine
- 8-12 Jalepno small peppers, chopped fine or 4-8 large jalepno peppers
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 5 Garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Heaping teaspoons of Cilantro, chopped fresh
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon of pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Chile powder (optional)
- 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice
- 3/4 capful vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespon ground chipotle pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredients well and allow flavors to blend overnight for fullest flavor.
