Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- powdered sugar
- 1 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a large bowl beat butter till soft. Then add sugar and beat till fluffy. Then add the eggs and combine.
3. In another bowl stir together flour and baking soda.
4. With the mixture on low speed gradually add 1/2 the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Then beat in 1/2 cup of the lemonade concentrate (about 3 oz) and then the remaining flour mixture. Mix well.
5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
6. Once cookies are done brush with lemonade concentrate.
7. Then mix the remaining lemonade with powdered sugar till thick. Add either pink or yellow food coloring and ice cookies.
