Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 quinoi flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
In a seperate bowl sift together flours, baking soda, cinamon, and salt.
In mixer, cream together butter and sugar until smooth
Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until fluffy
Gradually add dry ingredients into butter mixture until incorporated.
Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto uncreased cookie sheet or silpat.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to cooling rack and let cool completely.
