Ingredients
- 1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup Pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine or butter - melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Pure lemon extract
- 1 cup pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Decoratively fit the pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the corn and maple syrups, sugar, margarine, vanilla and lemon extract and stir until well blended. Add the pecans and stir enough to spread them evenly. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the pie is set but the center of the pie slightly jiggles. Cool before serving.
