Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups grated carrots (1 lb)
- 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 1 (3 oz pkg) cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Mix alternately with first mixture, add ing the carrots and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
For Topping:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk to give spreading consistency.
