Baked Ham & Swiss Roll-Ups Recipe

By

When paired with a salad, these cheesy sandwiches are delicious for dinner. They can also be turned into a terrific appetizer: Create one large roll-up (skip the step of cutting the rolled dough into triangles), bake, then slice it into bite-size pieces.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Roll the pizza dough into a large circle and spread with the mustard. Cut the pizza dough into 8 triangles.

3. Divide the ham, cheese and onion among the triangles. Starting at the wide end, roll the dough around the filling (some filling will stick out).

4. Transfer the rolls to the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with a salad, if desired.

Make-Ahead Tip: The roll-ups can be prepared and refrigerated (unbaked) for up to 1 day.
