Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce white wine
- 1 tablespoon chive, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- salt --to taste
- pepper--to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Reduce all of the ingredients except butter in a heavy sauce pot to half the original volume.
Slice the butter into chips and whisk into the reduced sauce stirring continuously until all butter is melted.
