- 3 Granny Smith apples , peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 6 ribs celery , sliced thin
- 1/2 cup walnuts , toasted and chopped coarse
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon or dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Step 1
Toss the apples, celery, walnuts, raisins, and tarragon together in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of pepper.
