Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (15 oz can) pumpkin

Step 1
Stir together flour and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Divide batter evenly among 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
