Ingredients
- 1 ) 12 ounces unbleached all purpose flour
- 2 ) 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 ) 12 ounces Budweiser beer (room temp)
- 4 ) 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 5 ) 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 ) 4 tablespoons unsalted melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, add beer (stir - 20 stokes), pour lumpy mix in bread pan (greased or buttered). Sprinkle butter on top. Bake at 380 for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Put on cake rack, but let rest in pan 5 minutes first.
