Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 4 oz. cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1 apple
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 c. halved seedless grapes (10-12 grapes) or 2 tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. toasted chopped pecans (1/2 oz/10 halves)
- 3 c. mixed greens or baby spinach leaves
- 3 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Mayo
- juice and grated zest of 1/2 large orange
- 1 tsp. raspberry vinegar
- 1 tsp. hazlenut oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- salt, and pepper

Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss in chicken breast, cubed, apple, chopped, celery, thinly sliced, grapes, and pecans (don't forget to toast them); serve on 1 c. mixed greens or baby spinach leaves.
